Idaho's fly fishing mecca, Greg goes beyond photos and
materials to the fishing fly inventors themselves, revealing
how and why these flies were created and how best to

Idaho is one of the most famous trout rivers in the

up teaching to own a fly shop and begin guiding anglers

he will tell you where the fish are, how to fish for

Review
The
Henry's Fork of the Snake River in Idaho needs no introduction,
and neither do the notoriously picky and sizeable trout
lurking beneath its placid surface. But if you want
to catch these fish, you might want to check out this
edition of the River Journal series. The book's large,
color format, sumptuous photography, and lively, descriptive
text bring the river and its angling possibilities to
life. Like other volumes in this series from Frank Amato
Publications, the river's history, wildlife, hydraulics,
and fishing conditions are described in detail for the
angler's benefit.

Review at Amazon.Com
This book is truely a useful and interesting piece.
Pete Zimowsky is one of a kind. I have enjoyed his outdoor
articles here in the Idaho Statesman (Boise's paper)
for years. He really knows his stuff. His writing style
is full of personality, he makes you feel like your
one of the family. The book has so much detail, he tells
you everything from where to go, what lures to use and
any other information that could prove useful for that
particular fishing voyage. I have fished Idaho my whole
life, but I could never have learned any of this information
on my own.
